Q: How much will my website cost?
A: While you should never look at your companies’ website as an expense, it should be viewed as an investment in your companies’ health. What is it costing your company not to have an effective presence on the internet? Loss of business revenues to your competition, loss of valuable time, loss of employee productivity, loss of credibility, and loss of professional image are just some of the many things that not having an effective website is costing you. If you’re still stuck on the cost dot, feel free to Contact Us for a free, no-obligation website evaluation, you may be pleasantly surprised.

Q: Can your company just develop a website and we’ll host it someplace else?
A: Unfortunately, no. Our website solution is proprietary in nature and comes as one complete package to include the hosting, maintenance tools and unlimited support.

Q: What happens if your company develops our website and we cancel our hosting?
A: You can have your website hosting picked up by another company, although we do not recommend that due to lack of control and support. If you are switching hosting companies, you must take your web files from your control panel and provide them to your new hosting company prior to cancelling your agreement with us. You own the web files that we have developed for you. If your website hosting does not get picked up by another company, it will be taken off of the internet and put in virtual storage.

Q: Can your company pick up our website hosting without charging a set up fee if we’ve had our website developed already?
A: Unfortunately, no. We would still have to transfer your current web files onto our website platform, which is proprietary in nature, and must charge you a set up fee to do so.

Q: Are there any long term agreements to sign with your company?
A: No, never. That is the beauty of our solution, if you give us 1% of your business each month, we have to earn the other 99% of it. If we don’t earn the business, fire us at any time!

Q: How long have you been in business and how many employees do you have?
A: We have been in business since 1992 and have over 150 employees.

Q: If your company goes out of business, what happens to my website?
A: Nothing, it does not affect your website at all, just keep paying your maintenance fee and everything will be cool.

Q: Can you provide us with references and examples of your companies work?
A: While no two clients are alike, we understand why we get this question. You may want to see our work but we understand that you truly want to know that we have done this before and that we are here to stay. For examples of our work, you can visit our Portfolio Page or even better you can Contact Us for a no-cost, no obligation demonstration, personalized just for you.

Q: How long will it take to develop my website?
A: Communication is the key to a quick turnaround time. It is essential that in any business relationship, each party assume 50% of the communication responsibility. The higher level of communication that both parties have, the more efficient the development process is. We’ll come to the table prepared and we would expect the same from our client.

Q: Can your company manage and maintain our website if we have it developed and hosted elsewhere?
A: Unfortunately, no. We are a website solutions company rather than a website maintenance company.

Q: Does your company provide website maintenance services for your clients if we do not have the time or desire to maintain our website?
A: Yes, of course. This is about customizing to your needs. An hourly service charge would apply for any maintenance, development or re-development work that you would have us do, above and beyond what was originally quoted in your set up fee. We would give you an accurate quote before any additional work begins.

Q: Does your company write website copy, take pictures and produce website videos for your clients?
A: Unfortunately no, All web copy, pictures and videos are be the client’s responsibility to supply us with. We are, however, networked with several other companies that can provide these services to our clients.

Q: How can we get our pictures and copy to your company?
A: E-Mail is the preferred and only method of delivery. Any pictures must be sent in an e-mail attachment in .jpg or .gif format only and all copy can be sent in regular text e-mail or attached word document. Faxes of website copy and regular paper photos will not be accepted.
